Pros

Has the balance between work and family, a flexible work schedule, and many training programs for internal employees.

Is very nice to graduates/interns.

Cons

Too much politics and its negative impact is the waste of productivity and the suppression of innovation. Gradually, Cisco is caught up by its major competitor, Huawei, in terms of revenue, marketing, technology, and innovations.

Advice to Management

One idea is to keep observing what and how Huawei is doing. Learning something from competitors or other productive companies is a way to improve oneself.
