Great place to work. The BU where I worked, the incoming projects were constant. All projects go through sufficient discussions and reviews, so that's great! Good managers mostly, so work-related aspirations are met.
Very good campus/facilities.
No hierarchy – the culture is pretty open.
Salaries and hikes are not according to the market. There have been too many re-orgs and management changes, which ends up in having to prove yourself from scratch to any new management. Also, there is a lot of favoritism/bias by middle and top management towards people they have worked with for a longer time versus teams which newly join them.
Focus and priority are given to process and process torchbearers rather than technology agility.
Limit re-orgs and management changes. Focus on newer work and technologies rather than process.
The interview started with a face-to-face round where the interviewer asked about my previous project experience, my role in the team, challenges faced, and how I solved them. They also asked a few technical concepts related to automation, JavaScrip
Slow turnaround time and communication was poor. They skipped my phone screening because the recruiter was out of town. After I submitted my availability form, I emailed my recruiter 4-5 times until I got a response/update from them.
There were two coding rounds and one technical round; overall, a pleasant experience. There was a long time between application submission and when the interviewing process began, but the interviewing process was completed in a few weeks.
