The interview process included an employee referral, one telephonic interview, and three technical personal interviews, followed by one HR interview. It appeared to be a group of smart individuals who were proud to be part of Cisco.

Initial screening was done via phone interview. Later, I had an F2F (face-to-face) interview. There were a total of 4-5 rounds. The rounds were based on domain expertise and programming language knowledge. The interviewer started with basic concepts

The interview had a PPT first, after which we took the online test. The online test was tough, and most people couldn't clear it. There was a lot of cheating going on, so this stage will be easy. Some 26 people were selected after the first round.
