Pretty lax schedule and workload.
You don't get rewarded for going above and beyond; everyone gets treated the same regardless of the work you put into it. It's just not a good place to start your career. If you are in your 40s-60s, it is a great place to be.
Don't let good employees walk; learn to listen to them.
