Pros

Great place to work. Its work culture is good. There are a lot of learning opportunities. Upper management is very supportive of innovation and initiatives. Cisco always takes the lead path to identify and use future technology while designing products.

Cons

There is always a risk of employment for underperformers, but in a positive sense, it gives them the chance to learn, grow, and do better.

Advice to Management

Normalization of salaries for employees of a newly acquired organization should be done a little early. A few employees lose their patience and leave the organization in uncertainty; a few create rumors, which creates a negative environment and affects performance.
