Good company, good people to work with, good work-life balance, and a lot of scope to explore and learn new things.
The hikes in subsequent years are not very high and require a longer duration for promotion. You need to inform your manager prior, and tell them that you are looking for promotion. Otherwise, you won't get the promotion, even if you are a top performer for consecutive years.
They should revise the salary for the existing, experienced people.
It should not happen like that people with a good amount of experience and on the top performer list are getting less than the college new hires.
