Very good company for people willing to work in N/W domain
Good work-life balance, decent salary, good facilities, strongest in N/W area.
Slow decision process in some of the BUs. Few layoffs happened recently, though mostly in the US. Hikes may not be great sometimes. Follows too many formal protocols, even for small things.
Some BUs are not moving fast with industry. They will have to pay for it.
