Very good work-life balance. You will get decent work if you fight for it, and it purely depends on the team or project you are in.
Compensation may appear good at the time of joining, but you should forget great hikes after joining. Growth with respect to compensation is sluggish. Very frequent re-organizations and employee retention are very poor.
