Good benefits, bad work culture (as far as I have seen)
Good office space, facilities, compensation, and benefits.
Joined with a lot of expectations, but unimpressed with my team's work culture.
- No proper documentation of the project till date and knowledge sharing.
- The manager does not interfere in technical aspects of work beyond a point, and I have seen situations where some took advantage of this.
