Employee-friendly, nice workplace, very good team. Salary compensation above market standards.
Great career opportunities, flexible timings.
Huge company, so there's less work recognition and decisions from management take forever to get implemented.
Involvement of HR is very limited.
A better canteen is needed; the food is very bad. It is difficult to sustain during lunchtime. We have to go out for lunch every day.
