Wonderful, a best place to work for a long time
Culture, respect for people, great campus, good travel facility, people with good knowledge about technology, lots of technology events, good work-life balance with flexibility in work.
Layoffs and less or no hikes in recent times.
Too many management people. This will put pressure on employees, as it can lead to micromanagement. Also, Cisco can probably optimize the cost of management by not having too many non-technical leaders in the team.
