If not for promotion, the yearly hike is pretty less.

The management does not listen to employee qualms and queries. Often I kept hearing that only when you put your papers down, they will listen to you.

And these things are also not for employees working in Cessna; this is part and parcel of people working at RMZ Ecospace.

Please heed the employees' qualms and concerns; they are the building blocks, after all. It is not as much about the hike as it is about the appreciation and recognition sometimes.
