Many team members are not friendly. Especially the contract employees need to learn how to behave with coworkers. Some team managers are just not worth being in that position. In the name of Agile SCRUM, they restrict team members' movements inside the office premises. There is no one to help the newly joined. If any newbie is stuck with something, they will never get prompt help. Blind HRs; they never worry about employee welfare. I am personally facing huge disappointment in my team. Huge Kannada impact in my team. Very bad way of treating team members.
Please look into each and every team and the team member's concern.
