You never know when you'll get "let go" as layoffs are very frequent and common. You never know when the project that you are working on is trashed and the whole team is laid off.
There's slight politics. I have seen my colleagues getting fired even after having good ratings.
Slightly less salary in comparison with competitors. Less learning, more meetings.
