Pros

Quality of work is good, but it depends on the team you are in.

Not at all hectic. Now, that can be a positive or negative point.

Cons
  1. A lot of focus on work experience while making the hiring decision. Smartness comes second.

  2. People are not enthusiastic about their work; they just want a stable source of income. Definitely not a place for a fresh graduate.

  3. Slow growth.

Advice to Management
  1. Please focus more on how smart a person is rather than how experienced they are.
  2. Hire people with more enthusiasm towards work.
  3. Provide faster growth opportunities.
