We work great as a team and the learning experience is good.
Work-life balance is good.
Work From Home/Remote facilities are good.
Politics among higher management seems to be present. Compensation is not competitive enough and does not seem to be encouraging experienced people to stay in the company. Once experienced people leave, there is a natural decline in quality and there is dissatisfaction in the rest of the team. Experienced people should be compensated and encouraged enough to stay in the team to help with the dynamics of the team.
