Inefficient organization with bad execution and too much politics
Is a market leader in many segments.
Is losing its leadership due to bad execution and too much internal politics. Leadership is more interested in building their own empire and upward movement, at times even hurting the company's objectives and goals. Accountability is absent among leadership.
We need to urgently get our bearings right, or else we will go the Nortel way. Reduce the many management layers.
We need better and efficient communication with a focus towards crisp execution.
Bring in accountability at all levels and hold people responsible for outcomes.
