It's a big company and the market leader.
Great medical and health care plans and flexible work hours and places.
An important tool for garnering that feedback is the Cisco pulse survey. This provides a confidential and consistent means for employees across Cisco to rate their experience with the company.
I would recommend Cisco as a good place to work and would encourage people to join Cisco. Taking everything into account, I would say this is a great place to work.
It has all the downsides that all big companies tend to have.
Overall, it's okay, but much is left to be improved.
