Good place to work for a first job
- Flexibility and buffer to learn new stuff.
- Lots of smart people, especially in the data centre business unit.
- Great work culture, allowed to WFH, which helps in being productive.
- Suffers the same problems as any big company.
- Too many rules and strategies, which sometimes hinders technical growth.
- Seen indifference towards doing things the right way because of the politics of a big company; too many hacks around in the code.
Spend some money, stop laying off people. If that means to stop spinning off companies, stop it!
