- Need to reintroduce free snacks and soda.
- Need to reintroduce free internet service at home.
- The work environment can be friendlier than it is right now. (I am not saying it's bad, but it can still be improved.)
- Lots of Asian employees put in extra work hours, and this is sometimes made mandatory for others as well, though management doesn't demand this.
- Need to introduce paid leave OR increase annual vacation days from 20 to 25.
Need to be more transparent.
