First, I talked to the hiring manager and two people from the team over the phone. Then, I traveled to the job location for a half-day interview with six to seven team members and managers. After that, the hiring manager called and made an offer.

There was no interview; I was already working as a consultant and was being converted to a regular employee. I received an offer letter after my background check was completed. The salary was accepted without negotiation. I had to submit my immigra
