Flexible hours, good work-life balance, a culture of open communication, and internal job opportunities.
Very limited growth prospect in the U.S. The work schedule is such that learning outside the office is almost impossible. Getting reimbursed for educational courses can be challenging and often requires approval of the VP.
Management should focus on providing employees opportunities for career development and growth.
