An OK company, but not a great company to work for
Good CEO; a stable company.
Too much politics. Low recognition and rewards for top performers. Performance reviews are operated in a black box, and ratings are based on relationships with managers. Too many "dead woods," especially at the senior manager and director levels. Few promotions for engineers but a lot of promotions and rewards for those "dead wood" managers/directors. Very slow career advancement. Lack of innovation. Senior managers/directors can always survive even if projects are canceled because of their poor management.
Wake up and start to reward top performers!
