Stock performance is bad. The company has too many politics to get serious work done. The company is too management-heavy and has too few engineers to do the actual job.
Very management-heavy company. Too many politics. Engineer engagement and morale is low. Career growth is zero. Stop stock buybacks and start worrying about shareholder value.
