Good non-salary benefits and work-life balance, even if the salary is not the best in the business
Benefits include 20 days of PTO, a good 401K match, and an ESPP. There is a wide variety of work and exposure to many different technologies. The experience gained is favorably viewed outside the company, and there is a good work-life balance.
Slow and too much red tape in what they do. Not enough emphasis on keeping employees happy. Trying to do too many things until recently. Not "cool" enough for some! :)
Need more focus.
