The UCS group has a tight schedule and a high turnover rate. Those who stay long in the group suffer and overwork as a result. The manager has no concept of advising and promoting employees; that is long forgotten. Management will listen, but whatever is told to them will come in one ear and go out the other. Each project comes with an unbelievably tight deadline, and either projects slip or are delivered with questionable quality. There are too many ignorant, don't care engineers with great job titles but who have lost common sense. Some engineers cannot even configure basic networking and are incapable of communicating in simple English. As a result of all these mishaps, technical clarity and know-how have suffered, and confusion, bias, and complacency have prevailed.
Hire more quality engineers instead of engineers who would be there for only 1-2 years and leave everything in a mess.
