Not too busy work schedule load, flexibility, and not too bad pay. Acceptable working environment and employee facilities, equipment, and labs.
Compensation is relatively low compared with peer companies. Coffee, tea, and snacks offered are amongst the cheapest. Tech is not new, and there's a lack of innovation.
Raise the compensation for low-grade engineers.
Improve daily treatments for employees.
Foster collaboration across industries, especially with superstar companies such as AAPL, GOOG, etc.
