The recruiter contacts you to schedule a phone interview. If that interview goes well, they follow up and schedule an on-site interview. The interview process was fairly painless and very professional.

Applied online. I received an aspiring minds assessment the next day. I completed it a week later. I haven't heard back from anyone yet. Hopefully, they will reach out after Thanksgiving. I will update later if I hear anything.

Initial screening interview with recruiter. I was disappointed in the professionalism of the recruiter. I expected higher professionalism from a company like Cisco, based on their own leadership skills and cultural requirements.
