Nice project and good perks.
Coming to the team, I think in any company depends upon your team. My team was very homogeneous, and the manager was always pushy. Most of the team felt the stress always. Not a happy or enjoyable environment at all. And the worst thing is Cisco has layoffs every year, which affects a good amount of employees.
