The company is past its prime days. Many Indian managers at the low to mid-level are battling out for their career advancement. Many decisions are based on:
- What is in it for me?
- Will this project me well to the higher-ups?
- How can I block the other guy who seems to be going ahead in the race?
- I have the power, how can I show it to the guys below me?
Bring back some diversity in low to mid-level management.
