The three-phase interview was conducted very well. All the team members were very positive and genuinely interested in what I was doing in my previous job and how we performed as a company.

Covered basics on how to implement a web application. Wanted to see previous work examples. The process included: * A phone screening. * Three on-site interviews. Focus was on both front-end and back-end knowledge. Interviewed several people.
