Pros

Very good pay. Open communication.

Cons

Lethargic pace. Management is seriously lacking; they appear to have no idea at all what they're doing. Feifdoms rule the land, with each manager looking to grow their territory. Communication from upper management lacks any actual content. Stock is in free fall. Layoffs are planned, but it's unknown where they will take place. Management is moving jobs overseas.

Advice to Management

Clear and practical communication is required.

John Chambers needs to be replaced.

Job cuts should be done swiftly, not dragged out in public.

Firing everybody at Flip was stupid when the division could have been sold.

Killing the Flip but leaving Umi and Cius looks stupid.

Why did you buy Scientific Atlanta again?
