Cisco does mass layoffs about every 6 months. This creates a huge amount of anxiety. It negatively affects productivity and morale. If this wasn't the case, I'd give Cisco about 2 more stars.
Other downsides, less major:
Do something about the frequent layoffs. Cisco cannot attract top talent. Other people, like myself, are getting tired of the glum morale and will likely leave.
