I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn, followed by a 30-minute phone screening with him. A few days later, I had a 30-minute phone call with the hiring manager. He then informed me on the call that he would like me to come for onsite interviews

The interview process consists of 4 rounds: * **1st round:** Online Test * **2nd round:** Technical Interview * **3rd round:** Technical Interview * **4th round:** HR Interview Each technical round lasts approximately 45 minutes.

Initial screening interview with recruiter. I was disappointed in the professionalism of the recruiter. I expected higher professionalism from a company like Cisco, based on their own leadership skills and cultural requirements.
