Process
Tech screen, followed by an onsite interview. Standard questions with a skew towards systems. Overall, a fine process, about what you would expect for this type of role. Very nice office.

Fat Paycheck, Miserable Culture
Software Engineer • Former Employee
March 8, 2021
Pros: Pre-pandemic: daily lunch. Nice office in the Loop, right off the Dearborn Blue Line.
Cons: Insane turnover. People mostly come here out of school for the fat paycheck and leave after 6 months to do something less miserable because of the bad culture. No work-life balance, overly competitive, cutthroat environment.
