Pros: Well managed, free food, and good benefits.

Cons: Time-demanding and sometimes highly stressful.

Pros: Compensation, on-site meals, very smart people.

Cons: No tech roadmap, cutthroat culture, constant massive turnover, elitist.

Pros: The company is focused on treating their employees better. Much has improved in the two years I have been here. Professionalism and Integrity are key values that help create a great working environment. They take care of people by providing healthy, balanced food all throughout the day. They even offer snacks from morning through the late afternoon. They recently started an employee program that provides fun things to do outside of work. This includes exclusive experiences that you wouldn't otherwise be able to see or do. I used to feel some pressure to work longer hours, even though there wasn't any more work to do (I'm pretty good at what I do). But now, I come and go as I please and leisurely complete my work on time. Initially, I was forced to build upon a terrible codebase that was poorly written. Now, I have replaced most of that code and I work on my own code, which is much more reliable. I spend almost no time supporting bad software now. While most work is mundane, I got the opportunity to work on an exciting, highly visible initiative and am killing it. The compensation exceeds expectations.

Cons: They still have work to do. I'm not writing C++11/14 yet. I occasionally deal with incompetent third-party clients.
