After 3 screening calls and telling me I'm the best for the position, they asked me to do a technical interview with an expert as a "collaborative teams task" to see how I think.
The expert was not from the ML team and did not know the programming language I chose. They said this would not be a measure of my seniority and will not be LeetCode, but later, even though I did the task, they rejected me saying I was not "technical enough".
