Initially, I talked with their HR person. She was very nice and accommodating. I then had a video interview with one of their development managers. I was eventually invited to interview on-site with a couple more of their dev managers and then some of their architects.

Basically, get ready to be gaslit by your own manager and get fired at any moment. This is exactly the kind of company that gets to $1B market cap on the backs of a great development staff that they mistreat and underpay.
