First call with an HR person who had no knowledge of any of the technology or technical processes, though this is expected.
Then a technical interview with the hiring team. They are very arrogant for a group of people doing very basic things.
They are writing Ruby software and working on 'problems' built for junior people, things I experienced years ago.
I don't find their tech advanced at all, and the level of arrogance didn't match their platform or space.
They do more of an interrogation than hold a conversation back and forth, and it is not the type of team I want to be a part of.
Seems like there is no collaboration.
