The screening and technical interviews were pleasant. Each person I interviewed with was easy-going and kind. The coding challenge was fairly straightforward, and I believe the system design went well.
The downside is that after the technical interviews, I was given zero feedback, even after prompting for it. I was told that the hiring manager/recruiter would contact me within 24 hours to give their decision, but I was completely ghosted.
I attempted reaching out to the recruiter after a week without contact, with no reply. I have no way of determining how my system design interview went and how to learn from it, even though the engineer told me I would hear from them with feedback. It's unfortunate because everyone I interacted with was pleasant, but the lack of communication is very unprofessional, especially after going through three rounds of interviews.
