I had a phone screen call and a video chat with the hiring manager.
Both interviews were in the same week, and I really recommend it.
The overall process was very transparent and fast. The recruiter and hiring manager were super pleasant and engaged in making the conversation go both ways, which made the process way smoother.
They were looking for a hands-on manager who demonstrates senior-level development skills. Even though, in the first 15 minutes of the conversation with the hiring manager, I was certain I didn't have what they were looking for, she was super invested in making 100% sure I was not fit. She was open to answering any questions I had about Clio in case I had any interest in applying again in the future.
