Cons

The CEO is forcing employees to return to the office, regardless of recent company survey results showing 94% of employees are happy with our current model. They are also cutting everyone's pay by nearly $2000/year.

Advice to Management

Listen to what the employees want. Provide better benefits. Don't cut pay.
