I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks.
Completed 3 rounds of interviews (manager, 2 technical, VP of eng). Everyone was friendly and the tech interviews were fairly straightforward. There was a lot of time between each round as they got their scheduling figured out, and it was over a week between when I was told I would be getting an offer until I actually got the written offer, which was a bit annoying. Overall, a pretty good experience.
