Pros: A remote-first culture is great. Lots of talented team members.

Cons: Layoffs are anxiety-inducing and can cause stress.

Pros: Learning, self-growth, impact, financial upside, great people. Best or second-best team environment in my career. The company invests heavily in the learning and development of employees. The company is making significant investments into products that are enabling open finance in developing markets. Employees are able to take volunteer days off each quarter to contribute to non-profits. The industry is fast-moving, and Coinbase is well-poised to capture value regardless of which way trends move. It's a great place to be if you want to stay current with the latest in the industry, have impact, and capture upside in crypto.

Cons: A small but loud group of employees has aggressively injected identity politics into the workplace, at the cost of the company mission.

Pros: Colleagues are good and understandable.

Cons: The culture at the India site is very, very bad. Work-life balance is terrible. You will be judged by HR if you reach out for any help. Leadership is unstable and doesn't have a sense of managing people or building a good work culture. Too much politics is played by the leadership.
