Top-notch talent, great mission and values, great synergy among teams, and tremendous opportunities to learn.
Churn during hypergrowth, but expected.
To the moon!
I was referred by my friend who got laid off. I was somehow able to go through the interview process. I was able to complete the coding assessment and scored 510/600. I didn't hear back since.
Their recruiting people don't seem to be able to keep track of what is going on, resulting in me showing up at the wrong address, not having the people I was supposed to talk to present, surprising me on the day by being pigeonholed into interviewing
Basic phone screen, then a lot of rounds begin: 1. Coding problem - LC medium problem. Anyone that did some LC problems can solve this. The interviewer for this part, if it is the same for everyone, is a VERY nice guy. 2. Behavior with Management
