Fully remote. Paid paternity leave - three months. Flexible hours.
Pager duty on-call shifts. Working against different timezones. Unstable field.
I had a 20-minute Google Hangout interview. The interviewer was very nice. After the interview, he sent me a coding challenge to complete on HackerRank and gave me a week to finish it. The questions asked are mentioned in other reviews.
Everyone was very friendly, and the technical questions were easy to medium. The process did take a bit too long for my liking – over a month and a half. But other than that, nothing to complain about.
The interview process includes four rounds of interviews, a technical assessment, and a personal assessment. You'll also receive an online test, similar to LeetCode. Subsequently, they will attempt to narrow you down to a team, and you'll have a chat
