Cons: - Misleading about your actual role as an employee. - Cares about sales over customer happiness and satisfaction. - Has unreasonable expectations regarding metrics and team goals. - Management will micro-manage everything employees do, believing it's the only way to keep everyone motivated. - Won't allow employees to get promoted for a year; it used to be six months. - Will state one salary or pay rate over the phone and then put something different in the offer letter, completely denying the verbal amount.
