Pros: Dev teams are usually quite good, and you will work with some talented folks. Lots of opportunities to learn new skills and career growth.
Cons: Plenty of contractors aren't always up to scratch. Senior leadership shuffles a lot; many changes seem pointless and end up wasting time.

Pros: One of the best managers, if not the best, I ever had. People listen. Smart individuals overall. Being such a large company, there's a fair amount of red tape, but a lot of really smart developers. Also some not so great ones.
Cons: I mean, it's corporate America at its finest. The pay is good, but not incredible. The culture is probably lacking, but they are big on DEI.
