Pros

Comcast has a welcoming, casual, and very accommodating call center that helps relieve some of the stress and tension of the daily "grind" that comes with almost all office environments.

Cons

Although Comcast has a seven-week training period (six weeks in class with one week of nesting), you come out of training believing that you have been taught everything you need to know regarding the position. In reality, you haven't been instructed on half of what you ultimately have to teach yourself.
