Pros

A decent wage and health benefits really are the only pros.

Cons

Strange shifts and schedules, lack of internal support, constant pressure to sell, and a very low customer satisfaction rate.

Advice to Management

Division of labor would probably ease some tension (i.e., repair assists with repairs, and sales worries about sales). Make that division clearer and make it easier for customers to get to the departments they want to speak with.
